Influenced by recipes inspired by past traditions and local flavours,our experience, which has always tied us to the tastes and scents of the kitchen, is constantly evolving.

We use only the finest, freshest ingredients, and allow for natural growth processes, which enables us to capture the colours and scents of nature without the addition of any conservatives, additives or antioxidants.
The only thickening agent used is pectin, found naturally in Granny Smith apples.
Using these principles, we have created original and unusual combinations of flavours to tingle your taste buds.
