After running restaurants for 2 generations, we at the Maffei family decided to make our experience and passion for the kitchen available to everyone by producing something that could be appreciated by all, not just in our local community and territory.

Following this concept we created the "Mes Confitures" range of products, which consist of jams and festive baked goods – all produced in line with our philosophy of applying high artisanal quality, using only prime raw materials, dedicated study and innovation.

Our idea is to highlight, with particular attention to detail, unusual combinations which are nonetheless created in the tradition of the hand-made products of old; to share little nuggets of culinary delight which restore scents, flavours and sensations that otherwise risk being forgotten.
